Literally the worst experience I've ever had with an insurance company. They are actively stealing my money, and charging me for things THEY DID, even after stating I wouldn't be charged. They won't respond or contact me about anything. They aren't even sending me emails to confirm changes or charges. I was recently charged 1700 for a service I never even asked for, or knew existed Again no email, no call, nothing. Just a little piece of paper in the mail. There's no way they're getting another dime of my money. I'm going elsewhere.
